Tax Free

All our retail stores are connected to the Tax Free system. This service is available to individuals who do not have permanent residence in a member state of the EAEU (EAEU includes Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan).

The Tax Free service is available for purchases over 80 BYN (Belarusian rubles) in any of our retail locations:

- Grodno, Zamkovaya 10;

- Minsk, Pritytskogo 156;

- Minsk, Mstislavtsa 10;

- Brest, 17 Sentyabrya 39.

To issue a Tax Free receipt, you must present your passport. Within three months of the purchase, when crossing the border, you must obtain a customs stamp confirming that the goods are being exported outside the Republic of Belarus. The items must be unused and in undamaged packaging. You can receive your refund at Minsk National Airport or through branches of JSC “ASB Belarusbank” located at national customs clearance points on the borders with Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine.
