Bonuses earned for purchases can be redeemed, in full or in part, for any item within 90 days of accrual.
Bonuses can be used to pay up to 99% of the purchase price.
Promotional bonuses can be credited to your bonus card.
You can check your accumulated bonuses:
· in the zvonkomadewithlove mobile app;
· on the zvonkomadewithlove.by website;
· at retail locations.
1. Bonuses are only awarded upon presentation of the bonus card or QR code from the mobile app/website at the checkout.
2. Bonuses equal to 1% of the item price are awarded* on items on the receipt. The bonus amount may be fractional.
3. Bonuses are awarded only for the portion of the item price paid in cash or by bank transfer.
* Bonuses are not awarded:
· For the purchase of gift certificates and gift cards.
1. Accumulated bonuses may be redeemed in full or in part.
2. Accumulated bonuses are used as a discount when paying for items.
3. Bonuses can be used to pay up to 99% of the purchase price.
4. Bonuses cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift certificate or gift card.
5. Bonuses cannot be redeemed when purchasing a sale item.
6. Bonuses can only be redeemed when paying for the item; they cannot be redeemed when paying for delivery.
7. The customer is solely responsible for the security of their loyalty card information and for the debiting of bonus points from their loyalty card, including by third parties. The customer undertakes not to disclose their loyalty card number and/or QR code to third parties. The seller is not responsible for the debiting of bonus points by the customer or any third parties.
1. When returning an item, bonus points accrued for that item are forfeited.
2. When returning a product paid for with bonus points, a portion of the total amount of bonus points used for payment is refunded to the card in proportion to the cost of the returned item compared to the total purchase amount.
