You can return a product in proper condition if its presentation, factory labels, marks, and consumer properties are intact, and if you include a document confirming the purchase of the product. Used goods cannot be returned. According to Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002, “On Consumer Rights Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), consumers have the right to return goods of good quality or exchange them for similar items within fourteen days.
The ZVONKOMADEWITHLOVE online store reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions for preserving the trademark are violated. In such cases, the consumer is responsible for all return delivery costs.
To make a refund (exchange), you must fill out the document form below and attach this form to the parcel with the goods that you want to return. If you wish to exchange goods, please contact the ZVONKOMADEWITHLOVE manager at +375297506986 to clarify the possibility of exchanging goods.
1. Carefully pack the goods using branded packaging, as well as additional packaging for the safety of the parcel on the way.
2. Attach the completed return form to the parcel (all fields of the form are required), as well as a copy of your passport.

Upon receipt of the parcel, ZVONKOMADEWITHLOVE managers inspect and check the product for damage or operation within 3 (three) business days. If the product has not been damaged on the buyer's side and has no signs of exploitation, the manager initiates a refund (exchange) of the previously paid amount for the purchase. The time for funds to be credited to your checking account depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your Bank and can take up to 30 banking days.
In case of return of goods of proper quality, the transportation costs are paid by the buyer. The amount of money specified at the time of purchase of the product is refunded to the buyer. The commission of the receiving bank is charged at the expense of the buyer.
